Keep to the allocated times and areas and be mindful of the next session which MUST commence on time. This schedule may change due to team numbers and coach availability, so please check regularly.
PLEASE NOTE
Do not train in goal mouth areas, all running exercises should be kept off field. Do not walk across the main field and do not swing on goal posts.
